Opus Opus Range

The Opus multiroom system is beautifully simple. Based around the usual construction where the main equipment is housed in a central 'hub'. In the rooms that are to have multiroom audio, the user can control the system by using keypads that are wall mounted.

The Opus keypads have a display that shows the status of the system and the time. This dislay can also show the preset radio channels, so when wants to select a radio station from a keypad, the radio channel name is shown on the keypad.

The kaypad can also shown CD text information when the correct CD player is used. Marantz make a music server (like a larger i-pod), which lets the used browse their music selection by artist or album from the keypad. This means that you can find any piece of music with out having to move from the keypad!

The Opus 500 system allows for six source components. One being the inbuilt FM tuner and then five line level source components. The system allows for audio to be distributed to four room, with a choice of three power amps, so that thee system can taylored to an individual's requirements. Video distribution is also available as an outboard 'add-on'.
